Horner Nutrition is a simple meal plan with a focus on educating the importance of eating foods from the earth.  

I emphasize clean foods that come directly from the earth. To be successful at anything, you must be prepared.  This is not just limited to the time spent in the gym and a clear direction of your workout program.  This means a full audit of your entire day with an emphasis on the foods that you are eating. You must reduce the amount of foods you fuel yourself with high in preservatives. Start turning your focus on the type of foods you’re eating and where they are coming from. Think of your body as a machine. If you feed it junk, it's going to perform like crap.  You wouldn't put mud into your brand new Ferrari, right?  We will focus on whole foods, lean high protein, healthy fats, dairy, veggies and fruits, beans, and lentils. You must have a great relationship with food, and we will focus on slow-digesting forms of carbs like brown rice, sweet potatoes or yams and oatmeal, and more. 

Educating yourself through this process and reading labels is essential and something I can't express enough.  You must know and understand what you’re putting into your body.
