You have to be insane a little bit to have such blind faith and trust this process. The work has been done. Now we rest!

So much energy and emotion. The battles fought and won were not all physical.

I can’t thank my family, my coaches @shelbystarnes100 @kennywallach and my team for getting me this far. And of course my sponsors, and partners.

I have learned more about myself this year than i have in the past several combined. I have so so much respect for the discipline of this sport, how it makes you stronger within.

Here we are I can’t believe it. 1 week out. Did it.

Final stretch.

For the first time yesterday since starting my prep (over 16 weeks) I started to feel sorry for myself.

I felt like I was the only one out there grinding when everyone was so comfortable enjoying the fullness and the warmth. I started asking myself if all of this was worth it. I got pissed, complacent, and I change the way my mind was thinking on its own.

Told myself to cut the shit.

I do what I do even on the days I don’t wanna do it.

I remembered how hungry I am, I remembered why, how far I’ve came and reinstated my mindset.

And I busted my ass harder yesterday with everything i had in me and used it as an opportunity to one-up.

That’s what you have to do- Change your posture-

Feed the wolf that’s hungry…

Let me work.

Head down.

Ain’t no one gonna out work me, doesn’t matter if you throw me at the bottom- I work for it.
Change your thought process and always stay hungry friends. #WERV

If I’ve learned anything about myself these past

If I’ve learned anything about myself these past few weeks is that no matter how tired I am, I can always pull the energy out from inside. But I have to want it.

It’s a reminder that no matter how steep the climb may feel, we all have it within us to take one more step closer to our goals.
