A moderate to advanced six-week training program.
My inspiration for creating this program came from getting my ass handed to me at the Tactical Games in Sawmill, North Carolina. This was my first Tactical Games event. Even though I got my ass kicked by a group of the strongest women I’ve ever met, I still managed to place 5th in my division, and earned a spot to go to Nationals. The pride that came from knowing I’d fought so hard for my spot in a group of women who would be in my corner no matter what, was so huge.
The greatest thing about stepping out and doing something uncomfortable and new is that from there you only have room for growth. If you’re willing. There’s something to be said about the feeling of blasting into the darkness of uncharted territory, about toeing the line with a group of individuals who are giving everything they’ve got. It’s where you learn who you really are.
For me, this was just the beginning. Although I still have a long way to go in the tactical field, I wanted to create a program that would provide you with the building blocks and structure to help prepare you for the Tactical Games, tactical jobs, or just real life.
If you purchased this program because you’re considering competing in the Tactical Games, my advice would be absolutely go do it. Regardless of if you’re a male or female…go do the Games! And if you bought this program to just switch up your training program, use it and go get strong on the field!
This program is where I went back and I learned about all of my mistakes from the Games. This program is where you will dedicate your time to sharpening your skills. This is where you will get stronger and perform better. This is where you will learn to toe the line.
