This is an eight-week training program.
This program is focused on speed and power. You will be using lighter weights, more volume and higher repetitions. Rest between each exercise should always be minimal, unless stated otherwise. This program is for you if you’re looking to develop lean muscle mass and muscular endurance. Core strength training is also included on most days of this full-body training program. The workouts should take you anywhere from 45-60 minutes depending on your own personal conditioning to take little rest with minimal distractions and push through your training.
