ORANGE ALMOND CRANBERRY COOKIES
Low Carb and AMAZING, with added protein!
Best Paleo cookies that I’ve come up with yet!!!! And I actually write down the ingredients for you as I was experimenting!
1/2 cup Almond Flour,
3/4 Cup coconut flour,
1 baby food apple sauce,
1/2 cup Splenda (optional, but I like my cookies sweet),
1 scoop orange protein powder, I used #musclepharm orange cream,
1/2 tsp. salt,
1/2 tsp baking soda,
4 egg whites,
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk,
1 TBSP orange extract,
1/2 TBSP Almond extract.
Mix well I used a tablespoon to measure out cookie sizes. Bake at 350 for 12 minutes on bottom rack. (Paleo, except I did add whey protein in these, im sure you can substitute for vanilla protein maybe add more orange extract) oh and those are cranberries (1/4 cup, also optional nuts would be great in these)
