Locked in for the week! Mindset is everything an

Locked in for the week!

Mindset is everything and it starts now-

I lean heavily on preparedness and strategies so I can get the most out of each day.

Knowing what’s coming at me helps me be fully present and prepared; My team combats this with me daily. We got lots of projects 🔥

But you also can’t avoid the (un)forecasted that linger. I won’t fight it, i roll with them as they come— but when you have a clear path it’s not easy to derail.

I’m about this season of grind. Head down and work kinda grind.
My training has been the glue holding me together. Here in this space in silence at times, in the dark, and at times in rage. I wonder what would (will) become of that once the doors open?

Most things are so vivid to me but i still find some of my ‘visions’ that were once so vivid become diluted.
it would be like rain pouring on your watercolor painted canvas— nothing there, but a faded thought of what you once began to create.

Where does it go and why do inspirations leave us—

The confidence conflicted with hesitation.

So you rebuild & reimagine but in order to do that, you have to let go of what was and open yourself up to the opportunities of what can and will be.

What a week 😮‍💨⚡️🙌 ya feel me!?

I leave it all here, I give it everything I’ve got… Every single time.

I have to, I owe that to myself.

It’s what keeps my tank full and my head level.

It’s gotta feel empowering to have self-discipline in your life.

Relentless dedication in seeking a disciplined life.

Not everyday is perfect, but I strive to always be and show up as my very best.

Every day is an opportunity for hustle and growth, but the pressure mounts and burnout is real- mental, emotional and physical burnout. I tend to push the envelope on this one, and I’m working better to recognize- 😅

Spend time on you, and move the needle a little bit more everyday.

I am a self made master at the Chicken & Rice 🍚🐥game these days. 💯🍽️

I want to know what your go to – best ever clean chicken and rice seasoning or method is.

Here’s mine and I believe it is the best, and I’m willing to challenge anyone else who thinks they’re chicken and rice is the best. I will give it a go, but you have to try mine.

Jasmine rice @nutritionsolutions
Clean grilled chicken breast
Extra seasoning, garlic salt
Sriracha almonds, 1 ounce
Sweet relish, 2 tablespoons
And then add extra garlic salt lol
The sweet relish sounds weird, but it is so delicious

After steaming or cooking your white rice, coat your skillet with nonstick or spray, and add your rice and diced chicken, season well with garlic salt.
I add 1 ounce of Sriracha almonds, and sweet, relish,

if you need more fats, you can add a fourth of an avocado additionally, I love adding an egg over medium 🍳

My mind has been busy lately, thoughts… directio

My mind has been busy lately, thoughts… directions, and decisions.

Building, undoing, rebuilding- getting it perfect then not liking it - so I stare at the blank canvas ensuring all control is with the author (me).

stay relentless.

Don’t ever quit and most importantly, never stop dreaming.

Put your dreams into action, remember, hope alone will only get you so far.

There are going many challenges that come up. Don’t question the path, keep paving it.

I stared into the familiar eyes of a broken and defeated soul; an echo of emptiness.

I’ve scaled the valleys so low with hunger, searching for the source of light supplied and in its absence l, I look within.

And even lower I would travel through the hollow path to get to the other side. Through a sentiment so deep, far beneath the sunrise.

Where I’m called, I stop at nothing.

Within the shadows are my enemies, but their presence no longer vanquishes my passageway. So I will finish the fight.

My heart is my center, faith is my focus and discipline is my vanguard.

My foundation is sewn together with love and compassion. My roots with grace & conviction.

I continue my search, stay connected with my foundations and fulfill my purpose. I am Victorious.

For in the presence of a vast hollow echo the tiniest specks of light are seen and felt.

I’ve spent some late nights he recently; thinkin

I’ve spent some late nights he recently; thinking, building, creating and positioning.

A lot of of reflection and keeping some doors closed. Because, some skeletons need to just forever be left.

Sometimes the direction doesn’t matter, only movement.

My discipline is acutely on point, it’s been intentional discipline, but it has to be. With the many projects and businesses i have my nutrition and training must serve me. Because i always need to feel my best.

The people in my circle depend on me to always be my best. So training and diet is a choice and a discipline.

Get control of your life, own your life. Every part of it.

Be so obsessively in to taking care of you, feeding yourself daily doses of confidence that it becomes a part of you.

And quite honestly my training and nutrition has turned me into a freaking machine. I’m more focused, more sharp than ever before.

It takes consistency- #WERV

And still I come back here and meet myself here, because it’s important for me. IT’s therapy for me.

I’ve been focusing a lot recently on building. I know in order for me to be competitive, I have to put on size. So I have intentionally make the changes every day and work towards this vision I have manifested in my head.

Seeing is believing, believing will push you to achieving. But remember, hope alone will only get you so far. You must actively work towards your goals. There will be many days. Were you feel defeated, but trust that this is when you grow.

There are days when I feel out of breath, but I’m not even running.

It’s easy to get overwhelmed with the goals.

when this happens, break it down and make it super stupid simple. Win the hour, win the day. No matter what, I am victorious. #Iamv

I feel so fortunate to live in this country, where you can truly become whatever you want to be. And when you think you have it bad, it’s really all relative. So wipe the tears pick your shit up and keep moving forward.

Map it out, have a plan and manifest it. When the days are long, promise me, you’ll go one more day because that’s the promise I keep to you.
