Chocolate Pumpkin Protein Brownies Recipe

Try these chocolate and pumpkin brownies with a of protein boost. The addition of pumpkin purée with ensure moist brownies, just like they should be!

Dry Ingredients

  • 72g oat flour
  • 56g Chocolate Quest Protein
  • 10g cocoa powder
  • 16g sugar-free chocolate pudding
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon nutmeg
  • 2 little envelopes Stevia

Wet Ingredients

  • 113g apple sauce
  • 113g cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 can pumpkin purée
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup egg whites

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Blend all ingredients together.
  3. Spray a 9 x 12 pan with coconut oil. Pour in mixture
  4. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
