I am nearly 40 years old and for years I thought that there was no way I would ever be a size 3 again. I settled into “after” baby weight and gave up and let the pounds pack on over the years. I thought it was physically impossible to get back down to a weight before having a child. Let alone get down to a size 1! But I did!
What helped me was not only a mental desire, and a series of life changing events and hard work to get me there. It was the constant reinforcement and motivation I received from [the Transform You community]. Thank you Ashley & keep being real.
I have gained so much during the past ten weeks. I have gained confidence in myself that I didn’t think I would ever get back after having my first child. I now eat better than I ever have in my entire life and I’m making good choices when bad choices are so easy. I’m enjoying working out, and even feel like I’m missing something on off days.
