This is such a simple and easy- to-make recipe. Packed full of goodness and great for an on-the-go snack. I use these for those busy days when I’m running around as a single mom, full-time working college student, and athlete I always am). Not only do I love these but so does my daughter, who I cannot get to eat a healthy thing to save my life. These little beauties are serious life-savers in my house. Since they go fast I always make a double batch and I only allow myself two per day. You can do so many variations of these but I find the simpler the better. Less ingredients makes for quicker clean up.

4 Ingredient Energy Bites Recipe

Prep time: 10 min  |  Total time: 10 min

Ingredients:

2/3 cup peanut butter
½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup rolled oats
2 Tbsp. honey
1/2 cup flax seed (optional)

Directions

In a large bowl combine all ingredients. Refrigerate for 15-30 minutes. Roll into about 12 bites.

These can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week (which is never an issue at my house). Literally the fastest and easiest recipe I have ever made.
