Today, I filmed all of day one 😅🔥of my rigorous training program and let me tell you, it’s not for the faint of heart. I was moving slow for sure after setting on the rower for 25 hours. 😅 but I worked through it.

🥊I don’t believe in easy days, I’d rather push someone beyond their limits and show them what true strength is.

🥊The iron is my therapy, and I want to share that mentality with others. My programs are designed to build an unbreakable shell of toughness and fortitude. This happens with consistency and commitment.

-Welcome to the Iron Dash Challenge a fitness challenge made for all fitness levels. This is where the intensity isn't for the faint- this is for the ones who want to sweat, who are not looking for a short cut or the easy way out. Iron Dash is for the seekers of hard work, the doers and the grinders. This is where we take what is good and we make it great.

We’re gonna build and then we are going to burn 🔥

The Next 8 weeks I'm asking you to bring the intensity and heart to every single day. You can't give 40% and expect 100% results. The grass isn't greener on the other side, its green where you water it. Persistence and pushing every single time, and that means even through the hard times.

Photo dump from the last 25 hours. Wow I tried so hard last night to put together the words to show my gratitude from what we all just went through 😅 but I kept falling asleep yesterday. Hahah

I first have to give full credit to God. Fighting some demons, some old injuries I gave it all to God and laid it before him to a get me through. And he did. I could not have done it without him.

we raised enough money to protect 6 K9s because of your generosity, we’ve raised $20,000 that is so amazing. Thank you. The link to donate is still open, if you’re able to give or would like to share the cause please do so.

I am overwhelmed with gratitude for the support and encouragement I received during my 25 hour row for @spikesk9fund Your generosity and kindness helped me to push through the toughest moments of this challenge. Your donations will go towards providing vital equipment and support for K9 units who risk their lives to protect our communities. Your belief in me and my cause kept me motivated and inspired throughout the entire row. This hour is dedicated to Diesel, Diesel was shot by an AK-47 survived, rehabbed then redeployed and save more lives. Spikes K9 help diesel retire and later helped him pass away in his home. This hour is dedicated to you Diesel.

As I prepare to lead the charge and embark on a 25-hour row with individuals all across the US, know that your efforts are truly inspiring and willingness to stand for something you believe in. Your dedication to supporting @spikesk9fund and their mission to raise funds for working K9s across the US is a testament to your selflessness and compassion.

As you sit down on your @concept2inc rower, ready to begin this incredible challenge, remember that every stroke you take is helping to make a difference. With each passing hour, you are pushing yourself to new limits, both physically and mentally, in order to help support those K9s who dedicate their lives to serving and protecting our communities.

Through your determination and perseverance, you are showing the world what it truly means to make a positive impact. You are demonstrating the power of community and the strength of the human spirit.

So as you row through the night and into the early morning, no matter how many hours you endure, know that you are not alone. And most importantly, you have the unwavering love and loyalty of the K9s you are working so hard to support.
