This 12 week program is for you if you’re looking for overall muscle tone and weight loss. The training schedule takes you through 3 days on 1 day off depending on the phase you are on. You will find Crossfit style workouts, HIIT sessions, circuit style training and even bodyweight strength and conditioning. The workouts will take anywhere from 1-2 hours depending on the phase you are in. Becoming Extraordinary program comes with 12 week meal plan that takes you through several phases and teaches you how to balance your cravings and eating healthier with your lifestyle.
